Summer Shipping Policy

In order to maintain our quality standards, as of June 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023 you will now have the option of “Cold Shipping” for any purchase that includes gummies during the summer months.  These orders will incur a $12 surcharge at checkout by choosing “Cold Shipping” to cover the cost of insulated shipping which includes thermal insulated wrap, ice pack, and upgraded 2-3 day shipping. This surcharge will only be applied once per order, NOT for each individual gummy product.


Ship Dates: To ensure that the ice keeps the gummies cool enough, all orders are shipped with transit times of no more than 3 business days. Orders containing gummies placed after 11am Thursday will be held until the following Monday to ensure packages do not sit in hot temperatures over the weekend. 

Shipping Address: We recommend that you ship gummies to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where the gummies may melt.  We recommend shipping to a business address if you or your recipient will not be home to accept delivery.

DISCLAIMER: While we will make every attempt to ensure your order arrives without melting, we make no guarantees. If you choose to place an order for gummies through our online store between June 1 and Sept 30, or if the temperature in your region is above 70 degrees, you do so at your own risk.

Amount & Usage Guidelines

I've never taken CBD oil, what is the recommended amount?

Most people get the desired result from taking one dropper of our 2,000mg CBD oil.  If you have never taken CBD oil, we suggest you start with one dropper per day of our 1,000 mg CBD oil. After a week you may increase gradually as needed.  It's important to keep in mind some people require more/less CBD than others, based on their size and goals.  If you have any further questions regarding amount and usage we are more than happy to help!  You can email us at marmaladelanecbd@gmail.com

How much of the Relief Balm should I use?

Our Relief Balm contains 1,500 mg of CBD per jar.  We recommend starting with a small amount applied directly to the desired area once/twice daily, increasing as needed.   

Can I use your products if I am pregnant, have a medical condition, and/or take prescription medication?

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take pharmaceutical drugs, please consult your physician before using our products.  Keep out of reach of children.

Processing

What method of extraction is being utilized? 

Marmalade Lane CBD is extracted from our hemp plants in small batches using carbon dioxide.  The supercritical CO2 extraction method we employ is more costly and time consuming than other extraction methods, but delivers a pure and clean final product. 

Testing & Quality

Are your products tested?

At Marmalade Lane we have testing done several times throughout our process of "soil to oil" in order to ensure batch quality and consistency for our consumers.  Before harvest, testing is completed by the WI Department of Agriculture (DATCP) for compliance.  We then send samples to independent 3rd party certified labs of the hemp flower, our CO2 hemp extract, as well as after being infused into our final product. *Links to testing results can be found at the bottom of this page.

Marmalade Lane only employs sustainable and organic farming techniques throughout the growing process.  Our hemp plants are cultivated each year using naturally occurring products and without the use of toxic chemicals found in many pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.       

General Ordering & Shipping

What are shipping costs?

Flat Rate shipping is $7 per order. Local Delivery is free. *Cold Shipping during the summer months is outlined above.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order has shipped please allow 3-10 business days for your products to be delivered.     

Can I make a change to a current order?

We are unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed.  However, if you need to cancel an order please email marmaladelanecbd@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please keep in mind that orders are quickly filled and shipped.      

Can I make a return?

We are unable to accept returns, all sales are final.

Where do you ship products?

We ship products to many states in the USA, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.  Due to state restrictions we are unable to ship CBD products to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota.
